Delivery
You will receive a registration information via email after we have received your order. The registration message will contain a download link for the full version of Phone Xpress.
If you haven’t received your registration information, please contact our sales department to determine and solve the problem. Please, when contacting us, use the “alternative” e-mail service providers without anti-spam filters, like Yahoo!Mail, Hotmail, GMail, etc. We always send registration information almost immediately. If you did not receive it, there is a 99% chance that your anti-spam solution deleted the message. Please, include your registration data and order number, when contacting us.
Registration
Once you have installed the full version of Phone Xpress, launch the registration application and generate the activation file. Then send that file to us via e-mail. We will send you the activation key, which you would have to save to the computer running Phone Xpress Server. Location and quantity of any other modules is not restricted.
Refund policy
Our software is distributed on a Try Before You Buy (shareware) basis. Only if you are fully satisfied with the software and its functions after evaluation, then purchase a license for full version of the software. If some function of the software does not work as expected or you have other difficulties, please contact us for resolution. We refund money (during the 30-day period after purchasing) only if a problem occurs with our software and it is confirmed. We don’t refund orders for more than 10 licenses. Please test the software compatibility before purchasing licenses. You can use the evaluation version of Phone Xpress for as long as you want. The evaluation version is fully functional, but the database keeps data for 21 days.
